Job Description:

This travel RN position in Mesa, AZ, offers an engaging opportunity to apply advanced nursing skills in a fast-paced acute care setting. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and developmental domains, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Expect to lead direct patient care during 12-hour night shifts, supervise licensed and non-licensed staff, and ensure documentation compliance.
