Job Description:

This travel RN position in Mesa, AZ offers a unique opportunity to step into a fast-paced hospital setting for a 13-week assignment with rotating 12-hour night shifts. As a vital member of the nursing team, you will assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for adult patients, managing everything from initial assessments to discharge planning. You’ll utilize your specialized skills to coordinate with physicians, family members, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless continuity of care while providing professional support and education to patients and their loved ones. This role demands attention to detail, clinical judgment, and a passion for delivering quality nursing services in a busy hospital environment.
