Job Description:

Join a dynamic ICU team in Redding, California, as a Telemetry, L/D, Emergency, or Critical Care RN for a 13-week contract. This role is perfect for experienced RNs with a background in neuro-strokes, head injuries, ventriculostomies, and ICP monitoring. The assignment features 12-hour night shifts, where you'll take on fast-paced, high-responsibility work in a 30-bed ICU setting. Be prepared for a challenging yet rewarding environment requiring competence in titrating drips, interpreting telemonitors, and working alongside intensivists and hospitalists. The unit operates with a robust interventional radiology program, and travel experience is highly preferred. Initial on-site testing for dysrhythmia will be required. You’ll need BLS and ACLS certifications at minimum, with PALS being a plus if considering longer stays. Comfortable with a unit that promotes teamwork and asks for proactive communication. Hospitality and professional growth await those ready for a rigorous, fulfilling assignment.
