Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse (RN) role places you in a fast-paced, short-term acute care hospital. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing critical support across multiple Harnett Health locations. Expect to float between campuses as needed, adapting to different team environments while maintaining a focus on efficient, quality care. With a ratio of 1:4, you'll be integral to managing emergency cases during your 13-week assignment, with all scheduled hours guaranteed once callouts are accounted for. The role includes holiday shifts and requires you to hold current BLS, ACLS, CPI, PALS, and NIH certifications. First-time ER RNs are welcome to apply, and a minimum of three years' experience in emergency settings is preferred.
