Job Description:

This CVICU Registered Nurse role places you directly in the heart of a Level II Trauma Center, specializing in complex cardiac and surgical cases. The 12-hour night shifts offer an engaging schedule where you’ll manage a diverse patient population, including trauma, post-operative cardiac patients such as TAVRs and CABGs, neurosurgery cases, and high-acuity critical care scenarios. Your expertise in interpreting dysrhythmias, managing arterial lines, and providing advanced blood product administration will be crucial as you navigate situations like severe sepsis, unstable GI bleeds, and multi-system organ failures. The environment offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a skilled team in a fast-paced, acute care setting, with a focus on advanced cardiac recovery and trauma management. This assignment promises both challenge and camaraderie, all within a short-term, mission-focused experience.
