Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of registered nurses in Louisville, KY, for a 13-week night shift assignment that offers a chance to hone your clinical skills in a busy inpatient setting. You'll be responsible for assessing, developing, and evaluating patient care plans, all while supervising and mentoring licensed and non-licensed staff. A key part of this role involves coordinating patient education, promoting safety, and ensuring patient and family satisfaction—think of it as orchestrating a well-coordinated symphony of care. The perfect candidate is experienced in acute inpatient care, comfortable with Epic electronic medical records, and ready to take on the challenges of night shifts.
