Job Description:

This travel nursing assignment places you in a medical step-down unit that cares for patients with conditions such as sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, TDM2, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy. You'll often float to other IMCU units, including 5J and 12A, providing a diverse, fast-paced environment. Expect to work 12-hour day shifts for 16 weeks, focusing on monitoring and supporting patients through various complex conditions. Prior two years of experience, along with ACLS and BLS certifications, are required to ensure you're prepared to deliver specialized care and respond swiftly to changing patient needs.
