Job Description:

Join our team as an experienced ICU RN at Mercyhealth Javon Bea Hospital in Rockford, IL, for a 13-week contract working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide specialized nursing care in both ICU and Step-Down ICU units, with the flexibility to float between units based on patient needs. Ideal candidates will bring strong ICU experience from Level 1 Trauma Centers and hold current IL licenses, CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, developing patient care plans, documenting interventions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position requires a proactive approach and critical thinking to support patient safety and satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
