Job Description:

Join our team as an ICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Rapid City, South Dakota. In this role, you will care for complex ICU patients, including surgical, medical, cardiac, neuro, and trauma cases, in a mixed-unit setting with beds dedicated to MICU, SICU, CICU, and TICU. Your responsibilities will involve managing ventilators, administering vasopressors and sedation, and providing critical assessment and support for high-acuity patients. This assignment offers the chance to work with experienced team members, including intensivists and resource nurses, and utilize systems like Epic for charting. The schedule includes 12-hour night shifts, with an expectation of working approximately 36 hours per week. Prior ICU experience—preferably two years—is essential, and candidates must have relevant certifications such as ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and TNCC.
