Job Description:

Join a Level III NICU as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in neonatal intensive care. This role involves managing critically ill neonates with high-acuity needs, including infants requiring advanced respiratory support and therapeutic cooling. You'll provide direct care to premature and medically complex neonates, administer medications, monitor invasive lines, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. The position offers the chance to work independently in a fast-paced environment, applying your expertise in neonatal resuscitation, stabilization, and family support.
