Job Description:

Join a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) as a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves providing advanced care to critical neonates, including infants requiring therapeutic cooling, ventilatory support, and complex interventions. You will be responsible for managing high-acuity patients, performing comprehensive neonatal assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This position offers the opportunity to work independently in a fast-paced setting, applying your expertise to make a real difference in the lives of fragile newborns. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of NICU experience, specifically with critically ill neonates and therapeutic cooling procedures.
