Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a PCU Float Registered Nurse, providing vital support in the Progressive Care Unit's float pool. This role involves working 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:30), with the potential to float to another OSU-affiliated hospital located just a five to six-minute walk away. You'll deliver patient-focused care under EPIC documentation, with responsibilities including IV starts and telemetry monitoring. The position requires a year of relevant experience—candidate profiles will be reviewed by management for those with less than one year—and may include weekend shifts. Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NIH are mandatory, and current registration allows you to join a supportive, flexible environment that values skill and professionalism.
