Job Description:

Join a dynamic Electrophysiology (EP) lab team as an Electrophysiology Technician in Washington, D.C.! This 13-week contract offers a steady schedule of 10-hour days, typically from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a focus on advanced cardiac procedures. You'll work alongside specialists conducting complex studies such as ablations for atrial fibrillation, device implants like pacemakers and defibrillators, and electrophysiology assessments using Philips, Siemens, GE, and Abbott equipment. Your role will involve critical monitoring of hemodynamics, operating advanced imaging and mapping systems, and supporting a variety of cardiology procedures. This assignment provides a hands-on experience in a renowned hospital setting where precision and technical expertise are key. The position emphasizes ownership of the electrophysiology suite’s intricate equipment and requires prior travel experience and certifications including ACLS, BLS, and CCI RCES/RCIS.
