Job Description:

Join our team as a Float ICU Nurse in Seattle, WA, for a 13-week assignment working 12-hour day shifts. This role offers the chance to work across various high-acuity units, including Critical Care, Neuro, Medical, Surgical, and Telemetry, providing a broad ICU experience. You'll help float between units, managing complex patient needs, titrating advanced drips like Epi and Norepi, and utilizing Phillips monitors for patient assessments. Prior Epic experience and floating in a hospital setting are essential, as well as BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Charge nurses will create assignments, and self-scheduling allows flexibility. This position emphasizes high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, diverse environment, perfect for experienced ICU nurses seeking a dynamic opportunity.
