Job Description:

This travel assignment places you directly in the heart of a bustling 35-bed acute care facility, where you'll be crossing between ER, ICU, and Med/Surg units. Your role is to provide essential nursing support in fast-paced emergency situations, critical care, and general patient management. Expect to be responsible for assessing, planning, and executing care across all three areas, including trauma, sepsis, stroke, and complex wound care. Flexibility is key—you'll be floating to different units based on patient needs, so your ability to adapt in a lively environment is appreciated. With only a 2-day orientation, you'll quickly become familiar with the hospital's EPIC charting system and hospital protocols. This role offers a challenging yet rewarding experience for registered nurses comfortable with varied patient populations and high acuity scenarios.
