Job Description:

This travel nursing opportunity places you in a Level 1 Trauma Center in Chandler, AZ, working in a Surgical ICU or Cardiac ICU setting. You'll be responsible for managing critically ill neuro, trauma, and cardiovascular patients during 12-hour night shifts over 13 weeks. The role involves titrating drips such as Propofol, fentanyl, Versed, and others, interpreting telemetry strips using GE monitors, and collaborating with a 24/7 team of hospitalists, intensivists, and RTs. Expect to float between three ICUs, including a medical/cardiac and overflow unit, providing a diverse and hands-on ICU nursing experience. This assignment emphasizes critical thinking, rapid response, and technical proficiency, offering a rewarding challenge for experienced ICU nurses eager to leverage their skills in a fast-paced environment.
