Job Description:

This Neuro ICU Registered Nurse contract offers an engaging opportunity to work in a specialized, high-acuity environment focused on neurological and stroke patients. You will be responsible for managing ventilated patients, interpreting dysrhythmias, administering blood products, and caring for patients with external ventricular drains, ICP monitoring, and post-neurosurgical needs. The role involves a 12-hour night shift, with ratios that can flex up to 3:1 during high census periods. No call requirements and every other weekend shifts keep your schedule predictable. This assignment provides the chance to hone expertise in neuro-critical care, with a focus on stroke, craniotomies, aneurysm interventions, and related procedures.
