Job Description:

Join a transplant unit as a Registered Nurse, where you'll play a key role in coordinating patient care from inpatient to outpatient settings. Your day will involve reviewing medical records, managing medication refills and prior authorizations, and educating patients about their medications and procedures. You'll serve as a vital link between clinical staff, physicians, and administrative teams within the transplant program. This role offers hands-on support with discharge planning, patient admissions, and discharge processes, ensuring a seamless experience for each patient. This assignment has a unique focus on transplant care, with the opportunity to work closely with skilled teams in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment.

Location: San Francisco, California

Shift: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
