Job Description:

Join this engaging PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) assignment within a busy ambulatory surgery center. You'll focus on peri-anesthesia recovery for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures. The role involves working evenings in a 10-hour shift structure, with protocols designed around rapid patient turnover. This position offers the chance to refine your PACU skills, particularly with EPIC documentation, while contributing to a supportive team environment that values mentorship and collaboration. It’s a great opportunity for those with 3-4 years of clinical experience in PACU who are ready to step into a fast-paced outpatient setting, navigating a caseload averaging 35 surgeries daily at a 440-bed hospital. No on-call duty is involved, and prior travel experience is not necessary, but recent PACU work and EPIC experience are essential. Separated from the employer for 6+ months, you'll be joining a dedicated team committed to delivering quality outpatient surgical care.
