Job Description:

This 13-week contract is for an experienced RN specializing in PICU, providing night shift care in a dedicated Pediatric ICU setting. You'll be part of a small, focused team managing critically ill pediatric patients, with responsibilities including evaluating patient conditions, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and utilizing ventilator expertise. The role offers a chance to work with trauma, burn, neurosurgery, and oncology patients, among others. Expect a flexible environment where your clinical skills and teamwork are truly valued, and you'll experience a variety of complex cases in a hospital recognized for its safety and care quality. Night orientation begins on day shift, so full availability during your first week is necessary, but after that, you'll primarily work 12-hour night shifts.
