Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical RN for a 13-week contract in Fort Wayne, Indiana, working 12-hour night shifts. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing a diverse patient population, including those with chronic illnesses, infections, neurological disorders, and mental health conditions. You will perform assessments, care planning, and procedure management, utilizing advanced equipment like IV pumps, wound vacs, and telemetry monitors. The unique aspect of this assignment is the chance to float among medical units within the hospital, with comprehensive orientation including Epic charting classes, ensuring you're well-prepared for the role.
