Job Description:

Join a 13-week contract as a Medical Surgical/Tele Registered Nurse in Tucson, AZ. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a fast-paced environment, primarily during 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 19:30. You'll work within a team nursing model, which emphasizes collaboration with LPNs and other staff, and will be required to float occasionally to the TMC Rincon facility, just a short drive away. Your responsibilities include managing patient needs, monitoring vital signs, and executing procedures, all while adhering to current certifications like BLS and NIHSS. Experience in MS/Tele with EPIC proficiency and at least two years of prior experience are essential. Expect to participate in open book EKG testing at orientation and to confirm understanding of the team nursing ratio of 8:1. This is a full-contract assignment with a 36-hour workweek, offering a dynamic opportunity to sharpen your skills in a thriving healthcare setting.
