Job Description:

Join a specialized NICU team in Seattle for a 13-week travel assignment as a Registered Nurse. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, caring for neonates in level III or IV units, focusing on infants from 23 to 24 weeks gestation. Expect to handle high-acuity procedures such as CPAP/BiPAP, high-frequency ventilation, oscillators, PICC lines, and neonatal surgeries. This role emphasizes flexibility, as you'll potentially float between different hospital campuses and units, but the majority of your time will be dedicated to critical neonatal care. No direct admit duties for babies, as an Admit Nurse manages that role. Previous NICU experience of at least 3 years is essential for this assignment. The setting provides an opportunity to work with high-risk newborns and recent technological advances, with a manageable census and a four-day work week. The weekly commitment is 36 hours, offering a great balance of work and rest.
