Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in a fast-paced ICU setting in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This 13-week contract offers a night shift schedule of 12 hours per shift, with the opportunity to work three nights a week. During this assignment, you'll utilize ventilators, Bipap, EV 100s, and other critical care equipment while providing vital patient care to complex cases, including psychiatric and ventilated patients. The role involves floating to other critical care units as needed, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 or 1:3. Get ready for a comprehensive orientation program, including two days of on-floor training, to set you up for success. This unique assignment combines hands-on ICU work with the chance to experience the vibrant community of Fort Wayne.
