Job Description:

This Tele Float Registered Nurse position in Knoxville, TN offers a flexible float assignment across various acute care units, including medical, surgical, trauma, oncology, and specialty areas. You will be working 12-hour days on a rotating schedule, assigned by the nursing supervisor based on staffing needs. The role involves providing direct patient support in different units, adapting to different clinical environments, and working with Cerner EMR systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a comparable hospital setting, hold an active TN (or multi-state) RN license, and be comfortable floating to multiple departments. Expect occasional weekend shifts, and a focus on collaborative, fast-paced patient care.
