Job Description:

This 13-week contract offers an engaging opportunity for Med/Tele RNs interested in working night shifts on a 12-hour schedule. You’ll be caring for adult patients with conditions ranging from small bowel obstructions and post-surgical recoveries to trauma-related injuries like rib fractures and joint replacements. The role requires managing patients with diverse diagnoses, including kidney stones, bariatric surgeries, and chest trauma. You'll be expected to utilize skills such as chest tube management, IV starts, wound care, and cardiac rhythm interpretation, all within a team that includes support from CNAs, RTs, and hospitalists available around the clock. The setting emphasizes adaptability, as you'll be floating across multiple facilities within the region, ensuring flexibility in your workflow while providing high-quality care in a busy hospital environment.
