Job Description:

This travel assignment is for an experienced telemetry nurse eager to step into a pivotal role at a teaching hospital located just outside Chicago. You will be providing critical care for adult patients with diverse medical conditions, including post-cardiac procedures, respiratory illnesses, and infections. The job involves interpreting cardiac strips, managing non-titrating cardiac drips, and performing wound care and IV starts. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts for a duration of 13 weeks, with opportunities for weekend rotations and occasional holidays. The facility values your clinical expertise and offers support from resource nurses, tele monitor techs, and in-house RT, hospitalists, and therapy teams.
