Job Description:

Seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse for a 26-week travel contract at a renowned children's hospital in Lubbock, Texas. This role involves floating between units within a Level III NICU—occasionally working in a Level IV environment—covering night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 3x12-hour schedule. The assignment offers flexible block scheduling, including weekends, with a focus on caring for critically ill neonates with patient ratios typically ranging from 1:2 to 1:4. Candidates should have at least two years of NICU experience, preferably with Level III or higher certification.
