Job Description:

Join a specialized hospital-based dialysis team to oversee peritoneal dialysis treatments for adult patients in Cleveland, Ohio. This role involves managing treatments that may take place at the patient's bedside within the hospital or in their home, ensuring each patient receives personalized, safe, and effective care. You'll be responsible for delivering nursing care using the nursing process, supporting patients and their families to achieve their health goals. Expect to demonstrate your technical skills and clear communication, working collaboratively with a team to maintain optimal outcomes.
