Job Description:

Join a team dedicated to specialized neuro intensive care at a premier healthcare facility in Boston. This 13-week contract offers a 12-hour rotating shift schedule—day and night shifts with every other weekend required. As a Registered Nurse in the Intermediate Care Unit, you'll be working with patients who have arterial lines, EVDs, lumbar drains, and are post-op from complex neuro surgeries such as thrombectomies and TPA administration. The role requires experience with neuro-specific procedures and the ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:3. This assignment offers guaranteed hours, and you'll be part of a fast-paced environment where technical skill and quick critical thinking are essential. Your expertise will support patients navigating neuro recovery, with the opportunity to float to the neuro ICU floor when needed. The position provides a lively, challenging setting for nurses comfortable with web-based documentation tools and advanced neuro monitoring equipment.
