Job Description:

Join our team in Phoenix, AZ, for a 13-week travel nursing contract working 12-hour night shifts. As an RN in this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs across multiple dimensions, formulating individualized plans of care, and delivering direct patient care aligned with physician orders and established policies. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery, evaluate patient responses to treatments, and document all activities accurately.
