Job Description:

Join our team in Morganton, North Carolina, as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse on a 12-hour night shift. This 13-week contract offers the chance to work in a specialized unit focused exclusively on mother and baby care, including 16 LDRP rooms, a C-section suite, PACU, and a 4-bed nursey. You'll be supporting new families with your expertise in mother/baby care, delivering quality service in a closed specialty environment that promotes consistency with no float shifts outside the family center. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to be part of ongoing innovations like the Eat, Sleep, Console program, validated prenatal screening, and upcoming projects in neonatal care and maternal health. Expect to work three nights per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours. The gross weekly pay is approximately $2,123.84, offering a competitive package for this specialized experience.
