Job Description:

Join a busy emergency room as an ER Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in Oakland, CA. You'll work three 12-hour mid shifts, from 3:00 PM to 3:30 AM, providing vital support in a fast-paced trauma setting. Your expertise will shine as you handle Level I or II trauma cases, interpret and manage dysrhythmias, administer blood products and IV vasopressors, and care for ventilated patients. No on-call duties—just a focus on delivering critical care during intermittent weekend coverage and two major holidays. Experience in trauma centers or similar facilities is a must, with a minimum of 18 months to 2 years, including familiarity with ACLS, BLS, CPI, and PALS. NIHSS and TNCC certifications are a plus. This role offers 36 hours weekly, providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while exploring Oakland's vibrant community.
