Job Description:

This Critical Care Float Registered Nurse role offers a chance to work across various ICU units within a prominent Magnet and Level I Trauma teaching hospital in Seattle. You'll be responsible for managing ventilators, performing IV starts, interpreting telemetry, and administering conscious sedation, all while floating to different critical care areas as needed. The 12-hour night shifts provide a steady rhythm, but beware—you'll need to be ready to handle diverse ICU scenarios and recent ICU experience within a Level 1 Trauma Center is essential. This assignment has a unique focus on academic and teaching hospital environments, offering a stimulating experience for seasoned ICU nurses.
