Job Description:

Join our team at Springfield Rehabilitation Hospital for a 12-week contract as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This is an excellent opportunity to work in a specialized inpatient rehabilitation setting, focusing on patients recovering from strokes, neuro, ortho, and complex orthopedic injuries. Your expertise will directly support our dedicated team in helping patients regain their communication abilities and improve their quality of life. The hospital features unique amenities like a brain-injury unit, a stroke care unit with advanced equipment, and outdoor healing spaces—making this role both impactful and rewarding. Expect a daily schedule of 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a consistent patient ratio to foster meaningful therapy sessions.

Job Specifics:

Location: Springfield, Missouri

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm

Duration: 12 weeks, with 36 guaranteed hours per week
