Job Description:

Join a pediatric unit in Charlotte, North Carolina, for a 13-week travel contract as a Registered Nurse. This role involves 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, caring for patients aged 0-17 with medical surgical, hematology, and oncology diagnoses. You'll be part of a team that values flexibility, as self-scheduling is available, and float requirements include PICU and NICU coverage. The environment emphasizes quick, precise care using systems like EPIC and PYXIS. If you have at least two years of pediatric experience, BCLS and PALS certifications, and chemo experience (preferred but not required), this assignment might be a perfect fit. Please note, RTO after booking is not permitted, and the unit may cancel or need to DNR additional requests. Expect a busy, rewarding schedule with an hourly commitment of 36 hours per week.
