Job Description:

Join our team for a challenging and rewarding 13-week contract in Hickory, North Carolina, where you'll work a 12-hour night shift in behavioral health. You’ll be part of a dedicated team managing adult patients with conditions like schizophrenia, dementia, bipolar disorder, psychosis, dual diagnoses, and more. This role offers a chance to develop specialized skills in adult behavioral health while experiencing a community-centered setting that values your expertise. Expect to work on a unit with a patient-to-RN ratio of approximately 10-23 patients, providing essential support and care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that keeps you engaged without the patient care stress.
