Job Description:

Join our hospice outpatient team as a Chaplain in Albany, Oregon, for a 13-week contract that offers the opportunity to provide meaningful spiritual support during life's final stages. You'll work in the comfort of patients' homes, skilled nursing, assisted living, or foster care settings, bringing comfort and solace where it matters most. The role involves conducting spiritual visits, offering counseling, and supporting families through a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
