Join us for a 13-week travel opportunity working in a 17-bed MedSurg unit that cares for both adult and pediatric patients. This role offers a chance to hone your skills in managing conditions such as UTIs, altered mental status, pneumonia, and COPD. You'll be working 12-hour rotating shifts, with a focus on teamwork and effective communication in a setting where quick thinking and collaboration are key. The assignment is uniquely engaging because you'll be working alongside a pediatrician on call, troubleshooting advanced RT equipment, and applying telemonitoring technology—making this a tech-savvy nurse's dream. Daily tasks include monitoring patient status, managing electrolyte and medication infusions, and supporting a balanced nurse-to-patient ratio ensuring quality care without the need for titrating drips.
