Job Description:

Join us in Peoria, Illinois, for a 13-week contract as a registered nurse on our Medical-Surgical Acute Care unit. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, offering a fantastic opportunity to experience a lively hospital environment while providing essential patient care. You’ll care for a diverse patient population, managing common diagnoses, titrating drips such as Heparin, and collaborating with a dedicated team including 24/7 house supervisors, charge RNs, and patient care techs. The role promises a hands-on experience in a supportive setting with a patient ratio of roughly 4-6:1, ensuring you can deliver quality care without feeling overwhelmed.
