Job Description:

Join us for a rewarding 13-week travel assignment as a Mother-Baby/Couplet Care/Post Partum RN in Aurora, Colorado. This role focuses on supporting postpartum and antepartum patients in a 32-bed unit that lacks ICU-level care but handles high-risk pregnancies, fetal monitoring, and newborns over 2000 grams. You'll work 12-hour rotating shifts, primarily nights, and will have the opportunity to float within your scope to L&D when needed. Expect to manage patient ratios of 1:3 for couplets or up to 6 patients. This position provides a chance to hone specialized skills in postpartum care, including breastfeeding support, fetal monitoring, and managing substance-exposed newborns.
