Job Description:

Join our team for a rewarding travel healthcare contract as a 1PCU RN on the night shift in Osage Beach, Missouri. You'll be working on a 22-bed stepdown unit, providing critical care to patients in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Expect a schedule of 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM over an initial 13-week assignment, designed for experienced critical care RNs who thrive under pressure and enjoy making a tangible difference. The unit features a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, supported by patient care techs and a health unit coordinator, ensuring you can focus on delivering specialized care.
