Job Description:

Join a team dedicated to supporting moms through their labor and delivery journeys in Chandler, Arizona. This 13-week contract offers the chance to work night shifts (12 hours) in a bustling Labor and Delivery unit, where you'll be directly involved in the care of laboring and preterm patients, including performing circulating and recovery duties for C-sections. The environment allows skilled professionals to bring their expertise to a high-volume setting, with an average of 8-10 deliveries daily. Expect an engaging mix of routine delivery work and emergency scenarios, all within a safe and well-supported setting. Prepare to navigate Cerner EMR, manage acuity levels with ratios mostly around 2:1, and confidently handle C-sections with the unit’s comprehensive protocol support.
