Job Description:

Join a rewarding travel healthcare assignment in West Burlington, Iowa, where you'll be immersed in a fast-paced ICU environment focused on adult cardiac, telemetry, stroke, and vascular intervention patients. This 13-week contract offers 12-hour day shifts, giving you the chance to hone your skills in hemodynamic monitoring and dysrhythmia recognition. To succeed in this role, you will need to self-study telemetry strips and pass a basic dysrhythmia test in the first week—think of it as a “telemetry bootcamp”. EPIC EMR experience within the last year is required, along with certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. While providing high-quality care, you'll also enjoy the opportunity to respond to occasional on-call duties during low census periods. This role is perfect for a proactive, skilled ICU nurse ready to take on a challenging and rewarding assignment.
