Job Description:

Join us as a MedSurg Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract in Dixon, Illinois. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts on the 3rd and 4th floors of a busy hospital with 23 beds on the 4th and 14 on the 3rd. You'll be providing care for patients with diagnoses such as NSTEMI, COPD, PNA, Sepsis, and AKI, utilizing your experience in MedSurg. The assignment features a typical patient ratio of 1:5, which can go up to 1:7 during busy times, and includes a quick orientation to familiarize you with department protocols. Expect to work from 7 PM to 7 AM, with every other weekend and holiday work required.
