Job Description:

This nursing contract involves providing specialized care in a busy inpatient hematology and oncology unit within a large hospital setting. The role requires administering chemotherapy, blood products, antibiotics, and managing complex symptoms and side effects. The nurse will perform detailed head-to-toe assessments, communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, and update patients and families. The assignment includes float duties across various medical-surgical units in Fargo, offering a dynamic work environment with 12-hour rotating shifts. This opportunity provides a hands-on experience in a fast-paced, highly skilled team, with a focus on hematology, bone marrow transplant, and oncology care. Navy blue scrubs are required, and candidates must be adaptable to unit-specific protocols and training.
