Job Description:

Join a specialized ICU stepdown unit in Falls Church, VA, and apply your critical care expertise in a setting that balances busy acuity with a collaborative team. This role involves caring for patients with respiratory, neurological, and chronic conditions, including COVID-19 cases. You will be responsible for managing up to three patients during 12-hour rotating shifts, which provide a rhythm that's both demanding and rewarding. Expect to utilize your skills with continuous infusions and complex patient monitoring, all while working on a unit that values adaptability and clinical proficiency.
