Job Description:

Join a busy surgical unit as a step-down registered nurse, supporting patients recovering from complex surgeries, including oncologic, hepatobiliary, colorectal, and plastic surgeries. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, caring for adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key—you might float within your scope of practice or switch between day and night schedules based on unit needs. This 16-week contract offers a chance to hone your skills in a specialized setting, all while enjoying the opportunity to see both the highs and lows of surgical recovery without the long-term commitment.
