Job Description:

Join our team as a Stepdown Registered Nurse at Mercy Hospital Jefferson, located in Festus, Missouri. In this 13-week contract, you'll work night shifts on a dedicated Cardiac Stepdown Unit, providing specialized patient monitoring and care for neuro-medical surgical patients. Your role will involve utilizing the nursing process, coordinating with team members, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality—think of it as being a crucial piece of a finely tuned healthcare machine. Expect a challenging yet rewarding experience, with rotations every other week, a guaranteed 36 hours per week, and the opportunity to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
