This stepdown unit in Evansville, IN, offers a rewarding opportunity for experienced RNs to lead patient care during 12-hour night shifts. You'll be working with a diverse cardiac and neuro patient population, managing post-procedure recoveries, arrhythmias, and critical assessments. The role involves interpreting tele/12-lead EKGs, initiating and titrating drips like Cardizem and Heparin, and performing advanced neuro assessments including NIHSS.
